Production services

The team that makes talking characters shippable.

Embedded producers plus a 60-person AI systems group that has solved memory, latency, tone safety and cost for games played by millions. Available with a publishing deal or on its own.

Services

Six disciplines most studios don't have yet.

CHARACTER SYSTEMS

Memory, goals, relationships

Episodic and relational memory that survives a 60-hour save file, with retrieval tuned so characters remember what matters and forget what doesn't.

INFERENCE ENGINEERING

Cost per player-hour

Model routing, caching, distillation and on-device fallbacks. Our median title cut inference cost 71% between vertical slice and launch with no measurable drop in player sentiment.

CONTENT SAFETY

Tone guards and rating envelopes

Characters stay in-world and in-rating under adversarial players. Red-team suites built from 400,000 real jailbreak attempts against shipped games.

EVALUATION

Testing the untestable

Rubric-scored eval suites for lore consistency, personality drift and quest-breaking replies, wired into your CI so regressions fail the build.

SYNTHETIC PLAYTEST

10,000 sessions overnight

Agent players with distinct play styles run full sessions against every build. Human testers review the strangest 1%.

LOCALISATION

Generative content in 14 languages

Characters that improvise in Japanese or Brazilian Portuguese with the same personality, reviewed by native narrative editors, not just translators.

How we embed

A producer in your stand-up. Not in your way.

  • One dedicated producer per title, in your tools and your time zone
  • An AI systems lead assigned for the first three milestones, then on call
  • Shared eval dashboards: you see exactly what we see
  • Creative direction stays with the studio. We advise; you decide.
  • Fixed-fee sprints for studios outside a publishing deal

Production FAQ

Details.

Can we use Ammighty production services without a publishing deal?

Yes. About a fifth of our production work is fee-based for studios that self-publish or work with another publisher. Rates are fixed per sprint and quoted up front.

Do we have to use your runtime or models?

No. We are model-agnostic and have shipped on open-weight models, frontier APIs and on-device small models. We recommend what fits your design and margin, and we'll tell you if your current stack is fine.

How do you test a game whose dialogue is never the same twice?

Three layers: deterministic unit tests on the systems around the model; evaluation suites that score thousands of generated scenes against tone, lore and rating rubrics; and synthetic players that run full sessions overnight so humans only review the outliers.

What about age ratings with generative content?

We build a rating envelope into the character system from day one, run it against the rating board's descriptors, and document it for submission. Our ratings guide covers the process.

Stuck on latency, cost or tone?

Tell us where the build hurts. A systems lead will get back to you with a first diagnosis within a week.
